Pulselightclinic specialises in a holistic approach of which rosacea natural treatment is an integral part. Pulselightclinic works closely with its partner Nutritional Essence as natural treatment is both a pre-cursor and integral part of rosacea treatment
Together they identify the contribution of diet to an individuals rosacea symptoms and address dietary issues to reduce the symptoms and eliminate triggers. By identifying the value of healthy eating and nutritional essence, they show that diet not only prevents unpleasant medical conditions, but can also reduce the effects and symptoms of rosacea 'naturally'.
It is recognised that good health and diet are intrinsically linked. Digestive problems can be either 'something' not being supplied by the diet, or the client not being able to digest foods efficiently, or perhaps food in the diet containing contain ingredients that should be avoided by that person. Pulselightclinic offer a free first consultation and assess and analyse each individual and then design an individual program for that client.
Nutritional Essence and PulselightClinic have a wealth of knowledge about food and diet. For example, green tea, has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, as well as other benefits that help certain conditions. An example is that for rosacea sufferers, it decreases their sensitivity to sunlight. However tea contains caffeine ( which may be a rosacea trigger for some clients) if so, then the cup of tea is made in the usual way, (without adding milk or sugar) and left to stand (steep) 30 seconds. The liquid containing most of the caffeine is poured away and fresh boiling water is now added. The flavour and other soluble ingredients now dissolve making the familiar tasting ‘cup of tea’, but without much of the caffeine. These are examples of some aspects of rosacea natural treatment
A clients existing diet is assessed and evaluated to develop an individualised programme.
It is possible that specific supplements may be suggested. The ultimate aim is to educate and help the client understand those foods which are best for them, and which foods to avoid.
Finally once rosacea natural treatment has reduced or eliminated flare ups, triggers and symptoms, then IPL can be used to reduce the visible effects that remain.
