Honey is well known as a delicious addition to meals whether it is spread on toast or added to cakes it always gives a lovely sweet but healthy feel. This delicious sweetness comes from bees collecting the nectar and pollen from all sorts of flowers and turning this into raw honey. Honey you buy in shops is sometimes raw and often not as it may be heat-treated or pasteurised.
