The Role

Due to our continued expansion, we are looking for an exceptional Clinic Manager.

We are seeking an ambitious professional, qualified in Beauty with a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy, with a passion for aesthetics and customer service excellence, to build a thriving aesthetics clinic. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented individual with experience as a laser practitioner, with an outstanding sales record, team management and customer service skills. Candidates must also possess a high level of knowledge and passion for the services that we provide.

As an experienced Aesthetic Clinic Manager, you must be able to perform all treatments we offer (training provided), as well as oversee the clinic employees and day-to-day clinic management. Your role will ensure that the team and business are performing above the highest standards whilst exceeding all client expectations.

Experience and Skills

You must have: 

  • Great customer service skills, communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for client care and share PLC’s enthusiasm and dedication to the continued development of innovative treatments
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in clinical management in the laser/aesthetic industry with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Ability to report to your general manager and follow through with their instructions
  • A trustworthy track record, reliability and be punctual at all times
  • Be able to take responsibility and manage the clinic professionally and on own initiative
  • Ability to administer, direct and coordinate clinic activities
  • Implement measurement standards to assess clinic operations
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor and drive a high performing team
  • Evaluate and improve employee performance
  • Proven ability to assist your team in reaching their KPI’s
  • Utilise advanced clinical skills to treat, assess and educate clients
  • Must be able to perform all treatments we offer (training available)
  • Ability to carry out skin consultations with prospective clients to determine individual needs and to make recommendations on appropriate treatments

Salary: £30,000 to £60,000 – dependant on your performance meeting agreed KPI’s

    The Role

    We are looking for a talented Laser Practitioner with a passion for delivering effective treatments and excellent customer service.

    Responsibilities

    • Full Time (36-40 hours per week)
    • Upkeep of administration (client records paperwork)
    • Completing In-house as well as certified training with manufacturers

    Requirements

    • Passionate about Hair Removal
    • Qualified in NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (General)
    • Laser Hair Removal experience of at least 6 months (ideally Alexandrite and/or ND Yag)
    • Some sales experience and ambitious
    • Excellent communication skills, in written and spoken English
    • Friendly and confident, with excellent customer service skills
    • Able to work and integrate into our busy team
    • Punctual, presentable, and results-driven

    Nice to Have

    • NVQ 4 in Laser & IPL
    • Certification and experience in Candela Gentle Max Pro

    Job Type: Full-time, Commission

    Salary: £20,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

      PPC Specialist

      The Role

      Due to our continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced PPC Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully increasing conversion rates for ad-spend and ultimately drive sales at PLC.

      With a solid background as a PPC professional, you also must have knowledge of how to apply Google and Social Media policies to PLC advertising strategies, as well as be experienced in Keyword and audience research.

      The main focus of your role will be to set up and manage advertising on Google, Facebook, and other relevant social media platforms. Your aim will be to successfully increase conversions from these adverts, into paid customers for the business, whilst delivering the highest quality of customer service.

      What to expect:

      • You’ll manage a number of campaigns (Display, Search, Video and Discovery) in Google and working with the Head of Marketing giving you lots of variety but challenging you to balance a busy workload and meet tight deadlines.
      • You’ll work with data, analysing trends and results, while simultaneously thinking creatively about improvements and strategies to optimise a PPC campaign.
      • Office-based role in the City of London

       

      Responsibilities

       As a PPC specialist, you’ll work with internal stakeholders and will be involved in:

      • Creating and planning a variety of PPC campaigns across a range of digital channels
      • Overseeing existing campaigns and making recommendations on how to optimise them
      • Analysing trends and making data-driven decisions
      • Writing engaging copy for adverts
      • Proofreading
      • Making creative suggestions for advert templates
      • Producing detailed analysis and reports of campaigns weekly

      Experience and Skills

      You must have/be able to:

      • Experience advertising in Google AdWords.
      • A good understanding of how PPC fits into the wider area of digital marketing
      • Knowledge of the new Google and Social Media policies.
      • Keyword and audience research.
      • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data manipulation
      • Excellent communication skills
      • Creative writing skills
      • The ability to present information effectively to a range of audiences
      • Strong analytical skills
      • A good level of mathematical ability

      Qualifications

      You must hold:

      • Google AdWords certification
      • IPA Digital Performance Certificate or similar.

      Salary Range: From £19,000 to £23,000 per year.

      Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10.00 am to 6.00 pm with a paid lunch break
