Cool Laser is a medically-graded ablative laser that helps with skin rejuvenation. There is a range of treatments that could be performed even on darker skin types safely. Some of them are acne scars, age spots, post-traumatic scars, stretch marks and smoothing wrinkles.

The Cool Laser heats the moist and vapourises it with a pulse laser which is shorter in duration but also can be adjusted for each type of treatment—resulting in delicate treatments for every need. In addition, it targets a specific area and doesn’t harm the surrounding skin tissue; still, the patient may experience peeling on the treated area on the superficial layers if it has been used for skin rejuvenation. The Cool Laser heat triggers a healing process on the deeper skin layers that stimulates collagen production and offers a long term silk appearance. 

After treatment, the Cool laser sensation is like a gentle sunburn that will fade after a few hours. If the treatment areas are sensitive, we apply some numbing cream; however, our patient finds it unnecessary on many occasions. Usually, there is some redness following the treatment, which will disappear entirely after a few days. It’s suggested not to use any makeup as the skin is very delicate with a slim crust that will peel within a week, avoid touching or peeking the crust as it may result in pigmentation or inflammation. A moisturiser should be applied with SPF30 and above to hydrate the skin.
