 Re-Opening & Safety Measures

On the 12th of April, we are opening to all skin, body and facial treatments.

We welcome you all to continue (or start) your treatment at Pulse Light Clinic.

Our team will be rebooking via phone.

Due to the high volume of calls during this period, there may be a wait time. Our phone lines are operating from 10 am – 8 pm daily. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We have implemented the following COVID 19 Safety Measures:

Arrival etiquette

To limit the number of people in the practice, please ensure you don’t turn up too early or be late. Please come alone, unless necessary, and only bring essential belongings.

Attend an appointment:

24hrs Before your appointment, you will receive an email with a medical history form that we will need to be returned, this can be via email or you can bring it along with you on the day.

When you arrive at the lobby you will be greeted by a staff member who will be wearing personal protective equipment

You will then be asked to sanitise your hands and place on a face mask, do not remove your mask until requested to.

The staff member will then take your temperature

You will then be directed to report to reception and then take a seat in the waiting area.

After your appointment you will be asked to place the mask back on you will then be advised to make your way to the reception, at this point the reception team will make any appointment required to settle your account.

All phone consultations will assess your suitability, followed by a skin test where necessary at our Bank Clinic. You will receive a phone or WhatsApp call.

Pulse Light Clinic has successfully delivered 90% of all the pre-paid treatments booked before and during the previous lockdowns. We are offering a PrePayment Guarantee*, which means that we will continue to honour all the purchased treatments in our clinics under any circumstances, whilst through the government guidelines.

COVID-19 Refund Policy

If your laser hair removal package has been affected throughout this year, we will assess your results at the end of your package and deliver extra sessions where necessary. In addition to this, if you have pre-paid your treatment and you want to cancel because of UK government public health measures, then you can also receive a full refund**.


*PrePayment Guarantee: The term PrePayment Guarantee means there is no expiration date on any purchase you make online, in-clinic or by phone. Any existing or new client who has purchased Pulse Light Clinic treatment(s), is guaranteed to have their treatment package honoured.

**Refunds Policy: Normal refunds must be completed within 14 days of purchase and before the first session is carried out. No refunds are available for discounted packages or treatments.

We’ve adjusted our waiting areas and spaced out appointments – so you can maintain safe social distancing.

Maintain essential hygiene

You must clean your hands as you enter the practice using the antibacterial gel provided.

PPE

You’ll be given a mask to wear on arrival. And our staff will wear appropriate personal protective equipment to ensure their safety – as well as yours.

Checking temperature

We’ll check your temperature upon arrival using a non-contact thermometer. If it’s deemed too high, your treatment will be rescheduled for a later date.

More frequent, deeper cleans

We’re performing deeper, thorough and more frequent cleans – especially in our treatment rooms. These are scheduled throughout the day to fit around appointments.

Feeling unwell or Covid Symptoms

All staff have been fully orientated to the NHS guidelines on not coming to work if feeling unwell or showing symptoms of the virus, such as a continuous dry cough or high temperature, loss of taste or smell

Any clients who feel unwell or showing symptoms are to not to attend the clinic but to talk to one of the consultants for further information.

Protective screens

You’ll notice that we’ve installed plastic screens at the front of our reception desks. This will keep you and our staff safe when you check in or rebook another appointment.
