Before starting any laser hair removal treatment, it is crucial to have a consultation with one of our experienced practitioners. During this consultation, we will assess your skin type and hair colour to determine the best course of action for you.

Our patch test will also be conducted during this appointment to ensure you do not experience any adverse reactions to the laser. This step is essential as it helps us adjust the settings on our machines for maximum effectiveness while keeping your safety in mind.

After your consultation and patch test, we will create a customised treatment plan tailored to your skin type and concerns. We understand that every person's body is different, so we personalise each treatment plan accordingly. After 48 hours, you can start your first treatment.

The senior technician will answer all your questions and discuss treatment and price plans for your chosen body area. Depending on your questions, the consultation will take 15 - 20 minutes.

Before your first treatment, you will need to shave the area that will be treated, except if you are receiving laser hair removal on the face. If you have recently waxed, plucked or threaded your hair, you must wait at least 2-3 weeks before your patch test.

On the day of your first treatment, arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for your session. Our technicians will guide you through each step of the process to ensure you are comfortable and well-informed.

Before beginning the treatment, we will cleanse and prep your skin to ensure maximum results. The laser device will then be placed over the targeted area and activated, emitting pulses of light that target individual hair follicles. You may feel a slight tingling or warm sensation during this process, but most clients find it tolerable.

The duration of each treatment session depends on the size of the area being treated, but it typically ranges from 15 to 60 minutes.

This will vary depending on the individual and their hair growth cycle, but for optimal results, we recommend coming in for a session every 4-6 weeks for facial hair and 6-8 weeks for body hair.

After each session, you may experience some normal redness or mild irritation, which should subside within a few hours—avoiding direct sun exposure and tanning beds for at least 48 hours after treatment is essential.

For best results, we recommend completing all recommended sessions as directed by our technicians. After your final session, you can expect a significant reduction in hair growth in the treated area. However, occasional touch-up sessions may be necessary to maintain long-lasting results.
