If for any reason you were unsuitable or we were not able to deliver the treatment a full refund would be issued. This would be determined at the consultation.

Once you have begun your treatment, no refund would be available.

If you fall pregnant or you being a course of light-sensitive treatment your package will go on hold for as long as is needed.

COVID-19 Policy: We assure all clients that any interruption in their hair removal treatment caused by a new lockdown will be honoured by PLC and any missed hair growth cycle will be taken care of by us to ensure optimum results.
