If for any reason you were unsuitable or we were not able to deliver the treatment a full refund would be issued. This would be determined at the consultation.
Once you have begun your treatment, no refund would be available.
If you fall pregnant or you being a course of light-sensitive treatment your package will go on hold for as long as is needed.
COVID-19 Policy: Normal refunds must be completed within 14 days of purchase and before the first session is carried out. No refunds are available for discounted packages or treatments. We assure all clients that any interruption in their hair removal treatment caused by a new lockdown will be honoured by PLC and any missed hair growth cycle will be taken care of by us to ensure optimum results.
