How do I attend the meeting?

Once you book an online consultation, the system will confirm your appointment with a text message that will include a link to the application required to participate in the video consultation. Please ensure to download the app before the meeting.

On the day of your consultation, our team will send you the link for the meeting.

You can participate with a mobile, tablet or computer for your consultation.

What to expect during the Video Consultation?

You will discuss your concerns, goals, or conditions in detail with a practitioner or a doctor from Pulse Light Clinic. You will also discuss your medical history, any treatments you have had, your treatment schedule, and the next steps of your journey with Pulse Light Clinic.

Didn't' received the text message or email with a link.

When you booked in the consultation, you will receive only the confirmation of your meeting.

On the day of your consultation, we will send a text message or an email with the link to participate in the video call; this depends on the information you provided.

Click on the link, and it will direct you to start the meeting.

I can't find the email with the link.

Please search in your inbox for Pulse Light Clinic email; if there is nothing in your main inbox, then check in the below:

Gmail
Select More.
Select Spam.
Search for @pulselightclinic.co.uk
Note: For Gmail, you can also search all mail folders by selecting All Mail under More, then searching for pulselightclinic.co.uk email.

Outlook
Select Junk Mail.
Search for @pulselightclinic.co.uk

Yahoo
Select Spam.
Search for @pulselightclinic.co.uk

My Speaker is not working on Android or iOS device.

Test these troubleshooting actions if you have speaker problems after joining a meeting on the mobile app for iOS or Android.

Speaker Problems:
1. Ensure your speaker is turned on. If you see the speaker icon in the bottom-left corner is turned off, tap it to turn on your speaker:

2. Increase the volume on your mobile device using the volume buttons or notification panel. Even if the speaker is turned on the app, your device's volume might be set to mute or vibrate only.

3. Try using earphones.

4. Restart your mobile device.

5. Reinstall the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play

My Microphone is not working on Android or iOS device.

Test these troubleshooting actions if you have microphone problems once you are in the meeting on the mobile app for iOS or Android.

Microphone Issues:
1. Ensure the microphone is not on mute. If you see the muted Audio icon in the meeting controls, tap it to unmute yourself.

2. If you are still muted, the host may have muted you upon entering the meeting. Ask to be unmuted by sending a chat message to the host.

3. Ensure you have connected your mobile device's audio. If you see the following Join Audio icon in the meeting controls, tap it and select Wifi or Cellular Data If prompted, allow the app to access your microphone.

4. Try using earphones with a microphone.

5. Ensure the app has access to your device's microphone:
iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy > Microphone and switch on the toggle for Zoom.
Android: Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > App permissions or Permission Manager > Microphone and switch on the toggle for Zoom.

6. Ensure that no other applications are using the microphone at the same time.

7. Restart your iOS device.

8. Reinstall the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play
